Planning on buying a home in Tierra Linda Ranch in Kerrville Texas? Here are two things to know about the properties in land in this community.
#1. The community is not gated.
While the entire community itself is not gated, individual properties may be. Many properties have long driveways and sit on properties over 5 acres so the interest might be gated to individual properties and homes. You are free to tour the community itself by driving through, looking at the views from different properties or scheduling a showing of any of the homes for sale.
The community travels through Lake Ridge Road, up Oak Ally Road and Lost Valley Road. Airport Road is right along the airstrip and Indian Creek Loop is on the far east side of the community. All of these are accessible by the general public yet are primarily used by residents only.
#2. Homeowners Dues are Required but reasonable.
Tierra Linda Ranch requires quarterly homeowners dues but are very reasonable. Homeowners fees are roughly $200-$250 per quarter and are mandatory. These fees cover road maintenance and any common area maintenance such as signage and airport usage.
#3. Equestrian, Airplanes, or Land – It’s Your Choice
