Tierra Linda Ranch is literally on the border of Gilespie and Kerr County but most homes carry a Kerrville address. The county line runs right through the ranch. The closest town in Kerrville, about 8 miles or 15 minutes south. Harper is about 14 miles north and Fredericksburg is about 30 miles northeast. Tierra Linda Ranch is a very beautiful place to call home but we are pretty picky about our wildlife management. The intent of the homeowners association for Tierra Linda Ranch is to preserve and maintain the atmosphere, beauty, natural resources, and inhabitants of our area. All of these need to work within the concept of a “working ranch” and for this reason, the Board of Directors manages wildlife, exotics, and cattle to keep in compliance with the association’s covenants and restrictions.
